How the 8 weeks work
Getting Started
You receive your Surf Progression Map and coaching questionnaire. You send back your answers and any surf footage you have — I then complete your full Surf Progression Assessment: strengths, weaknesses, real bottlenecks.
Your Plan
Your first personalized coaching plan is delivered (technical drills, mobility work and dry-land training, built around your needs). Homework begins.
3 Live Video Analysis #1 (60 min)
First live video analysis session, reviewing your surfing together.
Coaching Call #1 (30–45 min)
Review your progress, discuss challenges, adjust priorities and homework.
Live Video Analysis #2 (60 min)
Second live video analysis session, tracking real change.
Live Video Analysis #4 (60 min)
Fourth and final live video analysis session.
Final Coaching Call (30–45 min)
Final call, complete Progress Review and your next-stage roadmap.
