Some things can’t be rushed. Real change in your surfing takes repetition, patience and time to actually stick. Twelve weeks gives us the space to build habits that last well beyond the program itself, not just a short-term fix.

How the 12 weeks work

  • Getting Started

    You receive your Surf Progression Map and coaching questionnaire. You send back your answers and any surf footage you have — I then complete your full Surf Progression Assessment: current level, strengths, weaknesses, bottlenecks.

  • Your Plan

    Your personalized coaching plan is delivered (technical drills, mobility work and dry-land training, built around your needs). Homework begins.

  • Live Video Analysis #1 (60 min)

    First live video analysis session, reviewing your surfing together.

  • Coaching Call #1 (30–45 min)

    Review your progress, discuss challenges, adjust priorities and homework.

  • Live Video Analysis #2 (60 min)

    Second live video analysis session, tracking your technical progress.

  • Coaching Call #2 + Live Video Analysis #3 (30–45 min + 60 min)

    Plan adjustment call plus your third live video analysis session.

  • Homework & Practice

    No live session this week — time to apply feedback, with WhatsApp support if you need it.

  • Live Video Analysis #4 + Coaching Call #3 (60 min + 30–45 min)

    Fourth video analysis session plus a coaching call to refine priorities.

  • Live Video Analysis #5 (60 min)

    Fifth live video analysis session.

  • Coaching Call #4 (30–45 min)

    Review progress and keep you accountable heading into the final stretch.

  • Live Video Analysis #6 (60 min)

    Sixth and final live video analysis session.

  • Final Coaching Call (30–45 min)

    Final call, complete Progress Review and your long-term Surf Progression Roadmap.
